General Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz, Chairman of the High Council of State, Head of General Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz, Chairman of the High Council of State, Head of State has made a visit on Tuesday to make contact and " Information at the University of Nouakchott.
During this visit, the Head of State has had direct contact with the family university students, faculty and professional staff together.
On this occasion, the President of the High Council of State delivered a speech in which he emphasized that education is the key to success and progress in the country and that any effort in the educational work is necessarily on the conscience of society the rights and duties of its cotoyens and therefore constitutes an asset of the entire country.
The President of the University has, in turn, on behalf of the university family, delivered a word in which he emphasized the importance of the significance of such a visit.
General Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz went on to tour the visitor from the station of renewable energies in the application center on renewable energy of the university where he listened to explanations on these two utilities presented by the President of the University of Nouakchott.
The Head of State also visited the virtual university and has been informed of its activities. The university brings together a network of international institutions and focuses on teaching the transmission of knowledge through the digital multimedia system. Its mission consists in reducing the digital divide between Africa and developed countries of the north.
